Sleeve Paper Cup: a sleeve wrapped around the paper cup, also name Double Wall Paper Cup, that mean, the finished sleeve paper cup is a two-wall paper cup (the inner layer is white paper cup, out layer is sleeve).
To make sleeve paper cup, should use JBZ-D Paper Cup Sleeve Machine, the sleeve material should be the material can be sealed by ultrasonic (such as : PE film coated paper, Gray based paper with varnishing printing, etc).
First use JBZ-A12 or JBZ-S12 paper cup machine make the inner white paper cup, then use JBZ-D sleeve paper cup machine wrap a sleeve around the white paper cup.
Sleeve paper cup, has two styles: direct sleeve, and hollow sleeve
Direct sleeve paper cup: the sleeve is directly wrapped/glued around the inner paper cup, there is no space between the sleeve and inner-cup.
Hollow sleeve paper cup: the sleeve bottom is folded, similar like the paper cup bottom, there are space between the out-sleeve and inner-cup.
