Description:
Model ZSJ-588 Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, it makes both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper cups after running the procedure of automatic paper feeding, cup-side-wall welding(hot air pre heating, ultrasonic press welding), bottom-disc punching and inserting, cup-wall lifting, bottom heating(hot-air), bottom knurling, cup-rim lubricating and curling, cup discharging and blowing out, cup stocking (collecting).
The electric furnace of the cup lid forming machine is divided into two sections: preheating and heating; the forming heating plate is automatically closed and opened, and the start-up can be delayed after the heating plate is put down to limit the waste of materials within one stroke. Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced.

The main motor of the cup lid forming machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: the number of punching times can be adjusted from 10 to 20 times per minute, and the appropriate number of punching times can be set according to the length of the stroke and the difficulty of forming.
The pneumatic system of the cup lid forming machine adopts photoelectric control, programmable through PLC, so that each mechanism can run accurately and ensure the stability of desynchronization in multi-station and long-distance operation of packaged products.
