Description:
Model ZSJ-588 Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, it makes both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper cups after running the procedure of automatic paper feeding, cup-side-wall welding.
The host of the cup lid forming machine has stepless speed regulation, the stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily, it is easy to replace the mold, the manipulator is pulled, and the operation is reliable.According to the needs of the product, positive pressure forming or negative pressure forming can be selected in the equipment to achieve the best forming effect.Low power consumption for plate heating production, small footprint, economical and practical.
The main motor of the cup lid forming machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation: the number of punching times can be adjusted from 10 to 20 times per minute, and the appropriate number of punching times can be set according to the length of the stroke and the difficulty of forming.
