Model ZSJ-588 Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, it makes both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper cups after running the procedure of automatic paper feeding, cup-side-wall welding.
Due to the use of body-fitting heating, the heating power and temperature are reduced, energy is saved and the stability of the plastic sheet is enhanced.
The mold is clamped by pressing plate, which is convenient for adjustment and installation.The molding station is equipped with positive and negative pressure devices.
The pneumatic system of the cup lid forming machine adopts photoelectric control, programmable through PLC, so that each mechanism can run accurately and ensure the stability of desynchronization in multi-station and long-distance operation of packaged products.
