9oz paper cup cost analysis :

• Basing on the paper cup size,draw the cup-body spreaded design ;
  
• And the bottom size design ;
  
• Draw the typeset design (limited by the printing machine and the cutting machine) ;
  

Description :(one-side PE paper 200gsm, price USD1000 per ton for example)

• a 856.64mm x 557mm sheet paper, can make 20 pieces 9oz cup-fan-body ;
• One bottom use paper : 68.5mm x 66mm ;
• One cup-fan-body need paper weight : 200 x 0.85664 x 0.557 / 20 == 4.77 g ;
• One bottom use paper weight : 200 x 0.068.5 x 0.066 == 0.9 g ;
• Total one 9oz cup use paper: 4.77 + 0.9 == 5.67 g ;
• One ton 200 gsm paper can make : 1000 000 / 5.67 = 176 366 pieces cups;
• One 9oz cup cost : 1000USD / 176 000 == 0.00568 USD

If use 250gsm one-side PE paper, paper price USD1000 per ton :

• one 9oz cup cost : 1000USD / 140 000 = 0.00714 USD

If use 170gsm one-side PE paper, paper price USD1000 per ton :

• one 9oz cup cost : 1000USD / 207 000 = 0.00483 USD
