The flow chart from PE coated paper to finished paper cups :

• Buy PE Coated Paper from the PE Paper Suppliers (the paper size limited by the cup size, the printing machine size, the die cutting machine size );
  
• Printing : use offset printing machine or flexo printing machine;
  
• Die Cutting : Use Die Cutting Machine(such as PYQ203C, the max working area is 930 x 670 mm), cut the pre-printed paper to cup-fan shape ;
  
• Making Paper Cups; Use Paper cup machine make the paper cups;
  
• Packaging : pack the cups to plastic bag and then to cardboard box ;
