The paper cup side sealing by ultrasonic wave, bottom roll paper auto feeding and punching, insert the bottom to the cone-cup, transfer the cone-cup with bottom to main turntable, (pre folding, pre heating, main heating, here use hot air), bottom knurling(seal the bottom, add water cool device, for double side PE paper), top curling, discharging and collecting.

Model JBZ-S12 Ultrasonic Two-PE Paper Cup Forming Machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station, which has the function of photocell detection, failure alarm, counter and the advantages of humanism design, safer operation and easier maintance.It produces both one-side and two-side PE-film-coated paper cups after running a whole procedure of automatic pre-printed-fan-shape-paper feeding, cup-side-body sealing(ultrasonic wave), silicone-oil lubricating(for top curling), bottom punching, bottom pre-heating and pre-folding, main heating, bottom knurling(cool device), top curling and cup discharging.
It is an ideal equipment of making paper cups for all kinds of drinks(hot and cold) disposable paper cups: paper tea cup, coffee cup, cold-beverage cup,beer cup, ice-cream cup etc.
